Target Group
First Officers, Minimum CPL
Language
English. Student must have the ability to read, write and communicate at a functional level in the English language.
Course Location
FlightPath International Training Centre in Toronto, Canada or a customer site.
Description
To impart awareness and learning while developing and practicing Command skills through practical work related exercises. Feedback, continued reinforcement, to ensure safe efficient company operations by identifying and effectively utilizing all available resources for Optimum Operational Integrity.
General
The MCC facilitates First Officer’s Responsibility and Command Principles, applications, case studies and practical exercises.
There is no exam at end of course, participant interaction is critical in gaining the skills shared by the facilitator. This ensures optimum learning, awareness and achieving knowledge and application of MCC skills.
FPI Certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
