Duration
2 Days (1 day Learning Management System (LMS) Online Training and 1 day Instructor Led In-class Theory and Group Exercises)

Description
The Initial CRM Course is two components: The first component is the LMS Online Program that covers all 10 required CRM modules in depth. The second component is a 1 day Instructor led course that provides an extensive review of the required CRM modules by the TC Advisory Circular, it highlights the changes to the new Contemporary CRM Course and engages the students in group discussions with company specific case studies.

Crew Resource Management (CRM) RECURRENT A/ANNUAL ONE Course

Duration
0.5 Days (Instructor Led In-class Theory and Group Exercises)

Description
The CRM Recurrent Course is designed for the Annual Recurrent CRM requirement and will cover the following CRM modules; Threat & Error Management, Communications, Situational Awareness and Automation & Technology Management followed by a review of a case study and group discussion.

Pre-requisite
CRM Initial Course

Target Group
Transport Canada 702,703,704, and 705 Operators – All Disciplines

Language
English. Student must have the ability to read, write and communicate at a functional level in the English language

Course Location
FlightPath International Training Centre in Toronto, Canada, Operators Facility and various locations across Canada

General
The CRM Training, both Initial and Recurrent, are in compliance with Transport Canada Advisory Circular (AC) No. 700-042. The goal of the program is to improve both CRM knowledge and Threat and Error Management skills for all disciplines in order to reduce the frequency and severity of errors, both on the ground and in the air. Upon successful completion of the course students will receive a Certificate of Completion “IAW TC 700-042”.


Crew Resource Management (CRM) RECURRENT B/ANNUAL TWO Course

0.5 Days (Instructor Led In-class Theory and Group Exercises)

Description
The CRM Recurrent Course is designed for the Annual Recurrent CRM requirement and will cover the following CRM modules; Threat & Error Management, Stress, Fatigue, Workload Management, Decision Making, Leadership and Team Building followed by a review of a case study and group discussion.
