Target Group
No specific qualifications required for Non Aircraft specific.

Language
English. Student must have the ability to read, write and communicate at a functional level in the English language. Translators may be provided by customer if not fluent in English.

Course Location
FlightPath International Training Centre in Toronto, Canada or a customer site.

Description
The objective of the Initial Flight Operations Dispatcher Training is to achieve the optimum knowledge of the following:

Normal, emergency and security operating procedures, general aircraft systems knowledge, and applicable documentation, performance, weight and balance procedures, meteorology, flight planning and monitoring, aviation laws, regulations, air traffic control, navigation procedures and effective resource/threat and error management.

The objective of the Initial Flight Operations Dispatcher Training is to achieve the optimum knowledge of the following:

Type specific aircraft system knowledge and applicable documentation, type specific performance , weight and balances analysis and procedures.

General
Examination is closed book, multiple choice format with a passing grade of 80% and is conducted at the end of the training program. Any grade less than 100% will require Systems Course material to be reviewed with student.

FPI Certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
