This lesson presents the CRM principles and applications including an overview of the applicable elements and objectives. The lesson will facilitate methods of operation in normal and abnormal situations. All participating students are encouraged to continue self-study and practical applications to attain proficiency in CRM concepts.
There is no exam at end of course, participant interaction is critical in gaining the skills shared by the facilitator. This ensures optimum learning, awareness and achieving knowledge and application of CRM skills.
FPI Certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course
