Aug 01, 2013 (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia) – FlightPath International (FPI) and Ethiopian Airlines (Ethiopian) are excited to announce the continued success of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standard Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) program that FPI designed and implemented for Ethiopian Airlines in October 2011. Recently, twenty-six (26) of the first forty-eight (48) cadets being trained with the Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) program have graduated with a 100% pass rate.
As FlightPath International and Ethiopian Airlines continue into the next phase of the MPL program, FPI will remain on-site working with the Ethiopian instructors to ensure training effectiveness. The on-going evaluation process of the competency based MPL program that FlightPath and Ethiopian Airlines set in motion from day one, will contribute to the success of Ethiopian’s “Vision 2025”, creating skilled and highly qualified aviation personnel.
